| Can't Burn DVD:Encore Error code 5A803 |

I'm working with the CS3 suite and whenever I try to burn a DVD the following
message comes up: Hardware error sense code 5A803. Pleae contact harware
manufacturer.
I'm working with a Pioneer DVD burner, I was able to import an ISO file and burn
that to DVD using Nero but every effort to burn from Premiere via Encore brings
up the 5A803 error message.
Help, please send help!

Flip.
Firstly, please don't make multiple posts on the same problem. Once is enough.
Secondly, I strongly suspect that your Nero installation is the cause of the
problem. Did you allow it to install the Packet Writing utility? If so, please
see the FAQ for details on how to avoid this issue in future.
