I'm having trouble trying to install the trial version of encore. Everything
appears to be fine the at the end it come up with error message "internal
error 2755.3," and lists some info about cab data1 etc. I thought it was a
bad download but have downloaded twice and still not working.

Make sure to unzip the downloaded archive with WinXP's built in zip
encoder/decoder (i.e., don't use WinZip or another utility for this).
