| Another instance of FL Studio is running error |

Hi Guys
I have a problem when I launch Encore DVD 2.
When I open the program, Encore begins the scanning process and when it gets to
"FL Studio VSTi.dll" (or similar) it stops scanning and then the
message "Another instance of FL Studio is running error" appears.
Then Encore closes itself. Sometimes when I open it goes forward after the error
message and then it starts saying something like "Abnormal error detected
(please save your project to another name)".
I cannot get to main panel. Or when I do I get that popular Microsoft error
"send report/don't send report".
Very weird & irritating error cos I don't understand what Fruity Loops has
to do with Encore. I got this message for the FIRST time today. I tried to
uninstall & re-install but no luck.
Please help guys!

This is happening because the .dll is not being correctly loaded by the Media
Centre component of EncoreDVD.
I have seen similar things myself, although I do not run FL.
What you have to do is this:
Move the .dll file concerned into a different VSTPlugins folder, and try again.
Default will (probably) be
C:/Program Files/Steinberg/VSTPlugins
This is the "public" VST plugins folder.
Try creating a new one called (for example)
C:/Program Files/Steinberg/ExtraVSTplugins
