Hi.
If I install the Adobe Collection CS3 to drive D:\, I encounter problems
starting Encore DVD.
Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong?

Yet another unanswerable question without relevant details.

Well ... the issue is pretty easy.
The installation worked fine (uninstall and reinstall didn't solve the problem).
When I start Encore 3.0.0, the splash screen appears and shows that the
different modules are loaded. At the end, the splash screen disappears and
that's it. No Encore! For some reason it terminated itself.
My initial posting was held pretty short, because I'd like to know if
_principally_ Encore DVD can be installed on drive D:\, with the Windows system
being installed in C:\.
• The exact version of the Adobe application you are running.
3.0.0
• Your Operating System details.
WinXP SP2
• Amount of installed RAM.
2 GB
• Amount of free disk space.
+50 GB
• Make/Model of Video Card.
NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2
• Exact make/model of other video hardware involved in the problem
n/a
• The EXACT text of any Error Messages you saw.
see above
• Precise symptoms of your problem (When I <do this>, <this>
happens)
see above
Does this help?
BTW ... looks similar than this one here (not identical!):
