Yigal,
What version of Encore are you using? Normally, the install from the DVDs also
installs the additional assets.
If you have upgraded from the "trial" version, Adobe has a link to
their FAQ for the upgrading process. I do not have the link handy, but if you
search this forum for "upgrade" you should find it, as it has been
posted quite a bit. There is a process, that should install the additional
assets.
