Deleting in Chapter Playlist

When I delete items from the Chapter Playlist (a typical project will have 10+
Chapter Playlists), I then get a General Error when I do a Check Project.

This happens EVERY time.

And some of the time, this happens when I delete Chapter Playlists from the
Project window.

It doesn't happen when I try it. Can you provide more details?

I can't get much more specific than that - except to say that these chapter
playlists are often used as Button link points in a Menu.
