Skipping backwards in playlist sequence

Hello,

I'm grateful for the playlist development capabilities in Encore - it's a piece
of cake to arrange a list of timelines for playback. However, when I try to skip
backwards in the sequence, the player doesn't always go to the previous timeline
in the playlist. It will almost always play a random timeline.

Is there a remedy for this problem? The project manager for this DVD insists
that the end user is able to skip backwards in the reverse sequence that they
are given going forward.
