Copying/exporting subtitles?

A new question:

I've got an hour-long NTSC timeline in Encore. After a day of work, I've
successfully lined up all of my subtitles. Now I need to create the same project
in PAL. Do I need to manually align all of my subtitles again? I understand that
I SHOULD have been accurate with times in my original text file, but I felt that
it would actually be less time-consuming and more accurate if I just lined
everything up in an Encore timeline. Is there a way to copy them over?
