chapter marker ignored!

Hello.

Chapter marker (chapter 2) set at specific time code.

When the DVD project is built, output file VTS_01_2.vob does not start at
chapter marker.

I wish to have beginning of Title number 2, (VTS_01_2.vob) start at chapter
marker 2.

Suggestions?

VTS_01_2.VOB is not related to the chapters at all.
Don't even think about trying to make a chapter marker align exactly with the
start of this file, as you ain't gonna do it.
The VOB files are split into 1Gb chunks, although in the actual playback they
are all percieved as a single file.
