Chapter +1 Problem

It's a simple scenario.
I have create a new timeline ,and drag 2 video clip on the timeline and add 2
chapter point.The DVD end action sets the chapter clip to makes the DVD
looping,and then burn the DVD,no any menu and other thing.

My problem is the final DVD will be have 3 chapter point appear.After the second
clip there has a chapter 3 but there is nothing(blank,0 sec.)

When i choose the chapter,the screen will be show 1/3,2/3,so i can see the
automatic chapter point.

When you add multiple clips to a timeline, Encore automatically creates chapter
points at the joins.

If you are also adding your own chapter point(s), then there may be 2 chapter
points adjacent to each other.

Can you delete the last chapter point?
