Encoding Issue

What players have you checked this on please?
I ask as because this is such a short file, it is going to be encoded at the
highest rate you have set in preferences.
This may be too high for your player, as written media is far less reflective
compared to pressed. I have done discs where a combined rate of 7500kbps for
Video & Audio causes exactly this issue on certain machines, yet no problem
on newer ones - and when replicated the issue went away.
