Production Premium CS3
Two videos, both exported from PPro as NTSC DV AVI 16:9.
Both videos are put on timelines in the same Encore project with transcoding set
to automatic. I did not take the time to preview the disc before the build (my
bad).

Sorry to be a bearer of bad news, but my guess is in the encoding/exporting from
PPro.
QC is part of your duty as an author as well - you really should build a
checklist & have your client sign off at every stage of the process. Saves
hours later.
Original Edit - approved.
Export - approved
MPEG-2 encoding - approved
QC disc - approved
