So I'm trying to import an asset and I get the error message that it's not 23.97
or 29.97 frames per second.
This question might be more relevent for my editing program--AVID 5.6.3--but
maybe someone can help. Basically, how do I get my video to the required frame
rate?

Thanks for GSpot, I used it. One of the assets has a frame rate of
"0.160"! I've never seen anything like that before (it's a Photoshop
Document that I imported as a title card).
