| Garbled video when applying filters with Decklink clips |

We've recently run into a bit of an annoying problem. Seems lately every project
we edit with Premiere with clips we've captures via our Decklink Pro using the
8-bit YUV Presets (which I guess is uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2 and all that jazz),
every time we add a filter, or even a graphic to the project, when Premiere
renders it, or even previews it for that matter, the last few lines at the
bottom of the picture is getting garbled up. Which resembles the look of video
coming off a slightly damaged tape (creased and such). The tapes and tape
machine (DVCAM) is fine, and all is great until Premiere has to render it, then
it gets messy. It's below most TV's viewing range, so we only see it on the
preview window in Premiere, but what worries me is people that don't have CRT
TV's, and are using them new fangled LCD's and such, which might show that junk.
It was brought to our attention recently when one of our sales people was
wondering why a commercial we did for him looked bad when he played the DVD in
his computer, where he saw the garbled mess at the bottom of the picture. Our
ex-production manager was swearing up and down the deck is having issues, which
isn't the case, it's got something to do with the Decklink codec and Premiere,
from what I can tell. I tried switching to the Decklink DV presets, but that
only caused Premiere to hang up while doing a batch capture (twice), so I had to
revert back to the 8-bit settings. Has anyone else had this problem, and
resolved it?
Also seems like ever since we upgraded the Decklink drivers it's been acting
odd. A call to blackmagic is probably in order as well.
