I've got a partner that LOVES to turn his camera ON - OFF whenever he
gets the whim...... What can I do ?

You can hand-sync the time of day clocks, but the time of day clock is at a one
second resolution so lacks the frame accuracy of timecode. Also, Premiere does a
poor job (read -- ignores) the time of day data ...
But, if you capture with Scenalyzer Live, tell ScLive to name the clip based on
the time of day clock, you can then import the named clips, use the names to get
you within one second of the time of day on your continuous timeline, and get
the job done pretty quickly.
