I am seeking a work-around for my situation while using the multicam feature in
PP2.0. I shot a wedding with a wireless mic on the Pastor and one on the Groom.
I am using two Sony PD-170 cameras. Each camera has two tracks of audio, one from
a wireless source and the other from the onboard mic. These audio inputs are
place on the same audio track within the camera. I separate them in PP by
unlinking the video and audio, copying the audio track to a different track and
then applying the Fill Right filter to one track and the Fill Left to the other.
After applying the same procedure to the other camera's audio I have two video
tracks and four audio tracks.
I would save me a lot of time if I could make the video cuts and be able to
decide which of the four audio tracks I want playing at that time.
Questions:
1. Is the multicam sequence linked to the sequence from which you brought the
tracks from? Will changes in that source sequence affect the multicam
sequence.

1. Yes.
2. Sort of. You can set the multicam sequence to "Audio follows
Video", which will take whatever audio track is still linked to video track
2 whenever that camera is selected (as opposed to audio 1, which is selected by
default). If this is what you desire, you're good.
