What format does Adobe allow to use for editing and what audio setting should it
be to be able to use whilst editing? I tried avi and wmv but they either don't
fully work or they don't import, what format does import fully with audio and is
easy to work with?
[When converting videos I tend to use SUPER which changes its format, to view
