Exporting Problems - 'System could not be initialized...'

Hi
Im running Premiere 6.5 with the DV500, SP2 etc etc and up until this weekend
had not had any problems at all.
Now, Im trying to export the timeline as a movie, and keep getting that message
coming up in a small blue 'Pinnacle' style box.
I can export still frames, just not movies.
I've been through and checked settings to make sure everything matches (I kinda
know all this stuff, been using it for about 5-6 years) but this is a new one on
me and I dont get why its just started doing it!
I have also uninstalled / reinstalled both the DV500 and Premiere but nothing
happened.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this and could let me know how to
resolve it!

Hmmmm maybe! There are some Updates pending that I havent installed, but thats
not to say that some others havent already been done since I last used Premiere.
If they have been updated / installed whats the next best step?

Well, I went in a deleted evey update since last August (2007) and still the
system will not initialize! I'm at a total loss as to what can be causing the
problem!
