I am capturing miniDV tapes with Premiere 6.5 and aiming for the HIGHEST and
LOSSLESS quality capture.

In Audio settings, there is Interleave with none, 1 frame, 1/2 sec, 1 sec
options. What should I set this Interleave?

I set mine at 1 second for Premiere 6.5 using XP2. That's what the book
recommends and it works good for me. You will find though a lot of different
opinions. Everybodys setup and system is different. Try 1 second and if your
sound runs smooth in playback then your good to go. If not or your not quite
sure, try something different.
