Try <http://www.adobe.com/type/browser/C/C_smallcap.html>
(You could get there from the main Adobe Type page by clicking on the
"classification" list on the right and picking "small
caps/oldstyle figures.")

It's available today, from Carter & Cone and their licensees.

There isn't currently an OpenType version available, though I'm sure that will
change.
