I've installed the new CS2 and now I missing fonts from ATM. Everything works
perfectly in old CS.
I don't really missing fonts, I'm missing the substyles like BOLD and in the
drop it seemes like
Akzidenz-Grotesk BQ (T1)
and in the other drop I can a lot of styles, but the "bold" one is
like this [Bold]
What's wrong here?

By CS2, do you mean the entire Creative Suite 2 or just one of the products
within it, such as InDesign 4?
There is nothing in the installers for either Creative Suite 2 or any of the
products within it that modifies any of your installed fonts or for that matter,
that interacts with ATM in any way whatsoever.
I assume that the symptoms you are describing are how you see the fonts in Adobe
applications? Or is this in other applications as well?
From what little you provide us with, it sounds like the font family in
question, Akzidenz-Grotesk, might have some problems with its family links, the
information inside the fonts and/or the .PFM files that result in styles being
kept together in a family. Are you seeing these symptoms with other font
families? If so, which?
One thing you might try is to find and delete all the AdobeFnt##.lst files on
your system (where ## is a two digit number). There files are Adobe's private
cache files of font locations and attributes. If they are missing, they are
automatically regenerated, but if there is some corruption in same, it can cause
some unusual font list problems in Adobe applications. By deleting the existing
files, you force the Adobe applications to go through all the fonts and
reinterpret the font information, including family links.
