DocumentNeededResources

We are using WinXP SP2, FrameMaker7, Acrobat5. We've used this setup for several
years, and the process now causing trouble hasn't changed in years.

When my co-worker opens a FM file, prints to ps and distills, some of the text
in the PDF displays as gibberish. Font info for that PDF says it is using
TimesNewRomanPSMT, Type 1, Custom. Looking at the ps file in a text editor, I
see that all fonts are listed under DocumentNeededResources.

When I open a copy of the same FM file, print to ps and distill, there is no
gibberish in the PDF. Font info for that PDF says it is using TimesNewRoman, TT,
Built-in. In the ps file, fonts are listed under DocumentSuppliedResources and
TimesNewRoman isn't listed at all.

These tests are performed on the same machine and both of us use that machine
remotely (RDP).

Is there something user-specific about fonts? That's the only way this makes
sense.

Thanks for any suggestions.
