Vista - Apache 2 - IE 7 - SSL issues?

I've been testing the final Vista Ent software and IE 7 and ran into a 
problem with all my Netware Apache 2 setups that are using SSL.

In every case (self-signed or 3rd party issue), using the above setup, when 
I try SSL to my NW Apache 2 web servers, the page never displays and IE 7 
just keeps waiting. If I don't use SSL, all is well. If I enable "Use SSL
2" 
in the IE 7 advanced menu, SSL starts working again.

So what's up? Is the new SSL3 and TLS 1.0 in IE 7 on Vista causing an issue? 
Is there a way to reconfigure Apache 2 to use SSL3 or TLS1?
