Thanks for the replies.

Dave - The user is using the windows clipboard and not AutoCAD's copy commands.
PC spec is approx 3ghz intel P4, 1GB ram (windows managed pagefile - although I
did manually set to 1.5 gb but problem was still present), 80gb HDD with plenty
of room and 100meg network card.
All windows updates applied, not sure if/whether there are AutoCAD updates to
apply.
The user doesn't get the error if she logs onto another PC and acesses the same
drawing and no other users are getting the error on this or other drawings.
Repair? Do you mean AutoCAD repair via add/remove programs or another method I'm
not familiar with?
Also I don't understand what you mean by dead paths in her profile, could you
please elaborate? And when you mention customisation, do you mean add on
packages like the user mentioned further down in the post (key terra firma)?

Dean - how do I "UNINSTALL and repair reinstall of your AutoCAD
seat."?
