error string number 11927

Some of our consultants are using 2007 - when trying to use their drawings, we
got errors about newer version, some commands not available etc... ran a hotfix
from autodesk that fixed that, but now we get an error message every time we
open the program that says "can not find resource string number
11927"

Where is string 11927, and how can we tell autocad where to find it?? :)
