Chester has a solution that seemed to work for ladmirabdala. Try it. He
changed his resolution settings on his monitor to higher setting and the
dialog appeared. See if it works. If you want to, you can always change
your resolution back to the original setting.

When I try and Quick Select anything, CAD behaves as though it's doing
something, but the Quick Select box doesn't appear. I have to press escape
to do anything else in the project.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
