We have an add on to our CAD called 'Power', although you'll need to do a
drawing clean up before it'll work. You'll have to be a little careful, because
if nodes aren't snapped properly, or people have used polylines rather than 3D
polylines when drawing, you can end up with a mess of lines that are almost in
the right place, but not quite. This can confuse CAD when trying to create
boundaries etc, and is very frustrating.
