thanks for the info....I also found out that if you use the ALIGN command
and match endpoint of arc to either the endpoint of the PC/PT or drop a
point first, then ALIGN matching endpoint of arc to the drawn point at a
given elevation..that also works...
again, thanks 2 everyone for all the suggestions...

polyline has option of an arc but gives no elevations, you have to change
