Reprimand, sanctions, reworking non-compliant sheets on personal time,
sitting down and looking the 20+ year veteran in the eye and asking what's
so hard about compliance, those are tactics your bosses need to use to get
the message across.
Are you a 'new' company with inexperienced owners / management who don't
know how to run a firm with control from the top?
