Create a user circuit with the terminals formatted the way you want and a
box around them. Use the hide attribute function to hide the redundancy and
save as a user circuit.

Sorry for this very basic question, as I'm relatively new to ACAD and ACAD.

Our company likes the format of displaying several terminal inserted grouped
together by a rectangle / boundary. I have several circuit diagrams with
sensors in the field going via lots of JB's but my drawings look a bit messy
with every terminal labelled with the terminal strip number i.e Terminal 01
with TB001. Is there a simple way of grouping vast amounts of terminals on
different different terminal strips without it repeating the same
information?

I know that I can make the attribute invisible and simply draw a rectangle
around the terminals once aligned and input text for the rectangle
identifying all the terminals; but this just seems a waste of such a
powerful product!
