I will have this looked at and logged. You can open these templates and
change this NP attribute definition to FP.

There is a problem with the Panel Footprint atribute templates in AcadE
2009. When trying to create a Panel Footprint, it is bringing in a 'NP'
attribute instead of the 'FP' and the saved file will be inserted as if it
was a nameplate.
It appears that the 'AT_PF_GNR.dwg' file for all symbol libraries has the
'NP' attribute instead of the 'FP'. Not checked if there are any other
