Hi,
Try expressmenu command to check if express tools are already installed.
If not, follow below steps to install Express tools in AutoCAD Mechanical 2008
1. Insert the installation CD/DVD in the CD drive
2. Control Panel-->Add/Remove Programs-->Select AutoCAD Mechanical
2008-->Click Change/Remove
3. In the installation Wizard-->Select Add or Remove Features option
4. Click next button twice and in the Add/Remove Features window select
"Express Tools" (Image attached) and click next
button twice to complete the installation.
5. Restart the computer if prompted.
6. Express tools will be installed.
