The first thing I did was to make everything look like the old AutoCAD (don't
care for the new look, and can't find anything). Every time I change drawing
layout tabs I get an unhandled exception and the program shuts down.
I am unable to plot more than one drawing from the sheetset. I get no errors
from AutoCAD, but they do not print.
Annotative dimensions do not work at all:
1. I created an annotative dimstyle called ZAHNER, and annotative is
definitely turned on. I use basic old AutoCAD dimension commands to dimension
and select one of the dimensions. In the properties tool palette, the dimstyle
box is blank. If I change it to "ZAHNER" then everything changes,
wrong text style, extension lines are suppressed etc. Incidentally in the
properties dialog the little Mitsubishi symbol that notates annotative is GONE.

still creates the irritating ZAHNER$0 dimstyle. It is not annotative (no matter
how many times I turn it on). I used to be able to repair this by selecting the
ZAHNER dimstyle from the properties palette, but that no longer works. As
stated before I must correct each variable one at a time. none of the dimstyle
variables stay the whay they were set in the template. Text is microscopic, and
arch tick marks are also undersized.
3. 2009 crashes 10 or more times a day (not withstanding the errors
previously mentioned), and is as big of a mistake as Vista. I have haulted a |
