opening files with inventor that were created with mech and

I am having a terrible time opening a file that I need help.

I created the files with the trial version of mechanical, which saved some as
AutoCAD Mechanical or AutoCAD Mechanical Structure. I ccan open the Mechanical
files, but I am not able to open the Mechanical Structure files. It is
constantly saying that there is not enough memory, although these files are the
same size and the same number of objects that are grouped. If anyon
