When you have drawn a spling curve and right click on it it should show
"CONVERT > Polylines/Polygons".
After converting, double click on it and see if untold nodes show up
along your curve.
It's always been there (V6 on).
I just tried it on V8 and it works OK, maybe some more info please !!
