Hello Franco,
I though that you were referring to those big fat borders that it puts on when
saving under other settings. I think that the Chicago air must have fuzzied my
brain.
I don't know how to stop it from putting on that thin (one pixel wide) border.
One workaround might be to save it in a way that adds a little extra whitespace
on the borders and then crop the edges (border) off in an image editing program.
If you already have / know an image editing program (gimp is a free one if you
don't have one already) it would take just a few seconds.
