PLE8.5 Help does not work

Just installed PLE8.5

When I try to launch the Help from the menu, I get the error message box:

Windows cannot find 'YBrowser.HTML\shell\open\command'. Make sure you typed the
name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start
button, and then click Search.

In addition, the script editor reports the following:
// Error: Unable to display 'C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya 8.5 Personal
Learning Edition/docs/Maya8.5PLE/en_US/index.html?tutorials' in a browser. // 

Finally, everyone is talking about some sort of integrated browser inside Maya.
I can't find where/how to launch it inside Maya. Could someone help me
