Integrating MB to .NET

Hi all,

This is a really noob question, but I'm kind of lost, here. The first idea that
I had for the SDK was that I could develop a program on Visual Studio .NET that
could integrate the character from MB and that that character could be
controlled by my program, for instance, from the GUI. For example, I thought
that it was possible to use the windows on which the animation is created, on
VS, and change in runtime the properties of each object on the window.

But for what I've been reading, the SDK works the other way around, isn't it? I
develop a plug-in, like a script to create a specific animation, that is
interpreted by MB and it runs it.

I needed to control a 3D humanoid. Any ideas on how I could achieve my goal? :)

Does anyone know some other software that has these functionalities? Maya or 3ds
Max doesn't, right?

Best regards,
