Help Me Pick A Colon Cleansing Product

Hi Everyone, 
 
I'm going to do colon cleansing in the very near future and need some
recommendations to pick the best product for this. 
 
I'm trying to find something natural that has minimal side effects (preferably
none at all) 
 
As of today, I have written down just one possible candidate - Bowtrol. I've
found some good feedback about it on other websites but I need to be 100% sure
before using it on myself.
