Documentation / Feedback

Hi,

i'm new to python and scripting with motionbuilder but not new to scripting for
Maya or Max.

What i have learned so far has been exclusively found in the sample scripts,
what has been posted here and pure luck over logic. Sadly there is a dearth of
all 3 !

I'm wondering if i'm the only one who finds the documentation for Python in MB
impenetrable? Learning python is relatively straightforwards but it's deployment
and documentation within Motionbuilder is an enigma at best.

Curtis, could someone from Autodesk please please please provide some
documentation that at least shows the usage of Python in straightforward and
practical way for the basic functions and why they've been used that way? Or at
least give those who are more art than programming a clue to the logic behind
the commands and their use.

It's there in the MaxScript and MelScript documentation but not in
motionbuilder. Of course what we also really really need is some kind of
echo-ing to the output window. I've learned so much from this in Maya and Max.

I look at the sample-code and look at the help file but i'm struggling to see
how many of the solutions are found.

I posted about this a looong time ago, but never got any response.
