are the same all round the world)?

I don't think calling Italians or any other population or nation 'idiots' is
very nice isn't it?

Easy Gianfe!  I don't think it was an insult at all.  I'm sure anyone living 
anywhere in the world would say the same thing.  Just substitute the country 
for where they live!  His point is, that it is global.

He doesn't say Italians are idiots.  He says in Italy there are idiots.  And 
it is even quite vague as to the fact of the number of idiots.  It may be a 
language barrier you are getting upset about???  Is English your primary 
language?

Maybe you have never met an idiot in your country, but there are plenty in 
mine!

Ok situation is that my reply was posted by that 'i' of one of my nice
colleague.

I perfectly understand the situation... and yes, I meet plenty of 'i' in my
country and outside of it. And actually one is sit just on the other side of my
desk ;-))
