There will be a submit operation in the ALDSP WSDL for ALSB. You will find that
same submit operation in the WSDL that you export from ALSB proxy service. You
need to call the submit operation with a (serialized) datagraph. See

If you simply call the submit function from a test client with a Datagraph that
*does not* contain a ChangeSummary - ALDSP will not make any changes to
underlying sources.
