| Wired and Bluetooth serial disconnect notification? |

When the device connected to my app is turned off, how can I be notified
about it? My question applies both to a wired serial connection and a
serial over Bluetooth connection. I need to implement something because
at least in the Bluetooth case, the Palm (a T3) hangs and needs to be
soft-reset :(
I use the Srm or Ser APIs for wired connections (depending on what's
available, and Srm APIs for Bluetooth. I only use Bt APIs to launch a
device discovery, after which I close the Bluetooth library and use Srm
APIs.
