Delphi developer GUI & graphical

Software company based in NY looking for a Delphi developer to develop the 
front end (GUI,graphical) for games application.

We provide specs of what the screens should look like, and functionality of
the elements. We provide the code underneath that makes the buttons etc.
work, you are implementing the look/feel of the program.

So we want someone with strong GUI skills, who can make a good-looking,
modern application with graphical elements. Using 3rd party toolkits is
fine.
