mid-level Delphi 6 Developer opportunity

Systems Integration & Development, an IT solutions provider located in
Rockville, Maryland is currently seeking a talented Delphi Developer with strong
relational database skills as well as strong object-orientated design and
methodology skills.  This individual will provide maintenance to existing
systems as well as participate in new product development.  This is a full-time
position located in Washington, D.C.  Additional roles and responsibilities
include:

•	Experience developing with Delphi
•	Ability to confidently articulate ideas
•	Provide maintenance programming for existing systems.
•	Must be able to work independently and with a team.

Experience:
•	3-5 years of programming experience in Delphi
•	Delphi 6 Client/Server or later
•	Preferably has experience in one of the following: 
        Informix, DB2, Oracle, Sybase, SQL 
•	Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
•	Familiarity with Adobe Forms especially using Javascript 
        is preferred.
•	Experience with Java within the Websphere environment is 
        preferred.
•	Experience using Crystal Reports is a plus.

Skills:
•	Object Oriented Design
•	Able to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues
•	Strong verbal and written communication skills
•	Must be organized and detail-oriented. 
•	Must have a team player attitude.
