Main Menu Background

I am just starting to use D2006 (with XP).

The main menu of D2006 uses the nice-looking blue box as a highlight and 
also has the blue box as a highlight for the button bars.

If I run one of the test programs the highlight is the old style raised 
gray box.

How do I get the blue highlight? Do I still have to use TBX components?

Use the TActionMainMenuBar and TActionToolBar controls.
