| How to detect whether the CD drive is empty or with a blank CD? |

Every routine I've tried was not able to distinguish whether my CD drive was
empty or had a blank CD.
Tried to FindFirst a file, tried to GetVolumeInformation and to
GetDiskFreeSpace.
All of them gave me the same results.
What am I doing wrong?
