Cheers,

How do burn mp3 as audio tracks to a CD? also how do I burn mp3 without it 
being converted to audio tracks.

Wrap the mp3 files in an ISO9660 file (standard CD image file) then
burn the ISO to the CD.
Any drive that's mp3 enabled will play the tracks and
if you've included ID tags, it displays the tune names, etc.

Only if the cd play is "mp3 enable". This means it has the mp3
decoder chip in the drive. Most standard cd players made after
2000 should have it. Often there is an mp3 logo stamped on
the drive or it will be mentioned in the manual.

The cd player has to be able to decode the mp3 files on the disc
(which are wrapped in the ISO).
