Borland now makes available through http://www.turboexplorer.com/cpp the
Turbo C++ Explorer (including a free version).
I could not find a mention to it in http://info.borland.com/newsgroups.
So will this the NG to which it pertains?

Good question! And I mean it: it took us a full day to produce this
answer.
For Turbo C++ Explorer related questions, please use the appropriate
C++ Builder newsgroup (i.e. the one that has .cppbuilder. in its
