Why can't Annotative Text behave like Civil3D Labels.
They could have a style, a defined PS height and all they would require would be
a regen or regenall to display correctly.
I as a designer could place each type of text on a different layer that are
either VPFrozen of Shown... TEXT-GENERAL, TEXT-DETAIL, ... etc. I often already
have text on multiple layers TEXT-STORM, TEXT-SANITARY... etc.
Just my two cents.!
